András Biró: Multiplicative functions in short intervals (after Matomaki and Radziwill), II.

Abstract: We survey the proof of an important theorem of Matomaki and Radziwill from 2016, which relates short averages of a 1-bounded real-valued multiplicative function to its long averages.
